Business Development Director - Digital Transformation Consultancy (FS)

We’ve partnered with a leading digital transformation consultancy specialising in the financial services sector, as they prepare for significant growth next year.

With a raft of high profile clients including Lloyds Group, Capita and Royal London and others in banking, wealth management and pensions, their goal is to continue their growth momentum and double their client base.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead their ambitious expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in the financial services industry with at least 8-10 years experience in business development and sales, along with a strong network of established contacts.

You’ll excel at navigating complex organisations, identifying key stakeholders, building trusting relationships and engaging with senior-level decision-makers.

A solid grasp of design, UX, analytics, research, marketing, and advertising will also be essential for success in this role.
