Corporate Communications & Engagement Account Manager / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced B2B Communications & Engagement Account Manager / Project Manager to join a leading Corporate Design, Events & Communications agency that works with an impressive roster of global companies across various industries—including pharma.

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager with experience in Internal and Change Management Communications campaigns who is eager to make a big impact as part of a growing agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high-impact communication & engagement campaigns alongside impeccable client servicing skills.

This is a fully remote role – candidates must be based in the UK.

The Role

• Develop content and manage creative execution to ensure a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal clients to develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications aligned with business goals.

• Design campaigns targeting specific audiences, emphasising performance metrics to inform future recommendations.

• Work closely with internal studio teams, including graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production, and post-production, to manage asset creation from brief to execution.

• Contribute fresh ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative techniques to enhance creativity and engagement.

• Provide hands-on marketing support for assigned project teams.

• Identify and propose opportunities for consistency in messaging and customer experience across communication channels.

The Person

• At least 4 years of experience in a Corporate Communications role (agency experience preferred).

• Pharma industry knowledge/experience is beneficial.

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in consulting and leading change management transitions within large organisations.

• Strong program and project management skills.

• Extensive budget management experience, from initial budgeting to effective tracking and reporting.

• Strong, versatile copywriting and content planning skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
