Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a luxury fashion brand as their CRM Manager, taking ownership of customer strategy across a highly engaged, HNW and international audience.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of the CRM strategy, with a clear focus on driving retention, frequency and customer lifetime value. You’ll own customer insight, segmentation and reporting, translating data into actionable strategies that bring personalised experiences to life across every touchpoint.

You’ll be hands-on with CRM execution, managing automated flows, lifecycle programmes and the day-to-day communications plan, while also shaping the longer-term email strategy and calendar alongside the Marketing Manager. A key part of the role will be introducing a robust testing framework and performance tracking approach to continually improve engagement and conversion.

You’ll also play a pivotal role in designing, launching and evolving a loyalty or VIP programme, ensuring it aligns with the expectations of a luxury and HNW customer base. Working closely with marketing, trading, brand and wider teams, you’ll ensure CRM activity supports broader commercial and brand objectives.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys building and refining CRM functions, establishing scalable processes and ways of working, and taking real ownership. You’ll also manage and mentor a CRM Executive, helping to grow capability within the team.

The role is based at the brand’s Central London HQ, with office-based working four days per week, and offers a salary of up to £55k.
