You’ll take on a warm territory that’s been part of the business for years, with other desks feeding roles into it. That said, there’s still plenty of scope for business development — so you’ll need to be fast, assertive, competitive, and hungry to maximise the opportunity.

Creative recruitment experience is a bonus, but not essential — we can teach you that! What you will need is solid, proven recruitment experience, excellent client control skills, and confidence dealing directly with line managers. The market is fast-paced — perfect for someone who thrives on spinning multiple plates!
