Marketing Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client account management, ensuring seamless execution of briefs
• Create and manage internal agency briefs to support project delivery
• Lead multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling via internal tracking tools
• Provide project management expertise across the Client Services team
• Line manage one Executive

About You

• 4+ years' experience in Marketing, Account Management, or Project Management (agency or in-house)
• Strong background in client services and account management
• Ability to write and manage marketing briefs effectively
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape
