Paid Social Account Director

We’re looking for an exceptional Paid Social Account Director to lead a portfolio of global luxury clients. You'll drive strategy, oversee performance, and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives to deliver best-in-class paid social campaigns.

The Role

• Lead paid social strategy, ensuring campaigns align with client KPIs and business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team, overseeing workflow and career development.
• Ensure top-tier campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting.
• Work with leadership on new business pitches to drive agency growth.
• Stay ahead of trends across Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Develop relationships with key platform partners for added value opportunities.

The Person

• 3–4 years of Paid Social experience (agency preferred; luxury brand experience considered).
• Strong client relationship management and senior stakeholder handling skills.
• Experience managing teams, setting goals, and optimising workflows.
• Proven ability to plan and execute multi-market Brand and Performance campaigns.
• Familiarity with regional social platforms (e.g., Line, Kakao) is a plus.
