Recruitment Consultant - Freelance

We’re a boutique agency with a fun, dynamic and diverse team. Our brand has led the recruitment market in Creative, Marketing, Social & Content for over 2 decades. This means we have lots of legacy clients where we enjoy long term relationships.

But, there is still plenty of business to go after! Everyone here is focused on being as successful as they can be, we all want to make great money but also want to enjoy ourselves doing it. The area of our business that we are hiring for is our award-winning freelance team. Looking after brand and agency clients from across the UK, this role works on Freelance Creative positions. Even though the desks won’t need building from scratch, you will still need an appetite for BD! You will also need to be fast, healthily competitive, nosey and definitely hungry to really make the most of the opportunity.

We aren’t necessarily looking for someone with experience working in our space – it’s pretty niche! We are very happy to train and offer ongoing support. If you have experience working on a fast-paced temp or contract desk, that is always a big plus. But, even if you are currently a Recruitment Consultant looking to move away from a generalist agency to a specialist, then we’d love to hear from you.
