Job description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Marketing Manager to join this leading lifestyle-focused design agency!
We seek an experienced B2C Social Media Marketing Manager to lead strategy and activation across a portfolio of major retail clients within the health & beauty space.
This role involves developing engaging brand and content strategies, boosting audience interaction, managing online communities, and overseeing promotional campaigns across social media platforms (organic and paid), PR, and ATL campaign opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the voice of social media throughout the agency at all levels—working with and advising both clients and colleagues on best practice.
Hybrid working in London: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.
The Role:
Develop, implement, and optimise integrated social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives (80% organic, 20% paid).
Oversee and manage key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Monitor performance to ensure growth and engagement targets are met.
Lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
Oversee the development and execution of PR strategies, including writing press releases, media outreach, and building key relationships with journalists and influencers.
The Person:
Ideally 4-5+ years in a B2C marketing role (agency or in-house).
In-depth knowledge and experience in social media management is essential.
Experience in paid advertising, influencer partnerships, SEO, and copywriting best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and targeted messages for diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop actionable plans and translate marketing goals into effective digital initiatives.
