Business Development Manager (Animation Studio)

Our client has been a leader in 3D animation and motion design since 2001, working with global brands like Sony, Harrods, Renault, Disney, and Molton Brown. Their work spans high-end TV commercials to CGI animations, renowned for being both visually stunning and memorable. They handle everything in-house, from concept development and scripting to animation, CGI rendering, and sound design, ensuring that every project is a complete masterpiece.

As they take a more formal approach to growth, they’re looking to bring on a talented business developer to help win significant new clients. You’ll have access to all the tools you need—CRM platform, prospecting tools, analytics, and impactful pitch documents—to help you connect, network, and win.

We’re looking for someone with energy, drive, and self-motivation, with at least 3-4 years of experience in business development for a creative/design agency. A proven track record of winning business from brands is essential, and experience pitching animation work is a plus. Flexibility in hours is offered, with an ideal expectation of 5 days a week. The studio is based in Thame, Oxfordshire, and ideally, you’ll be able to commute 1-2 days per week from nearby towns such as Aylesbury, Oxford, Bicester, High Wycombe, or Princes Risborough.

Essential Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience in business development for a creative/design agency
• Proven success in winning business from brands
• Highly self-motivated and resilient
• Able to commute to Thame 1-2 days a week
