TikTok Shop Manager - Fashion & Beauty

This is a very specific brief and a fantastic opportunity for development across UK & US markets. You must have experience in TikTok Shop Management, including recruiting, managing, and scaling affiliate programs.

• Experience with Social Commerce, especially TikTok Shop Management.

• Background in recruiting, managing, and scaling affiliate programs across multiple platforms.

• Ideally, UK & US Market Knowledge: understanding social commerce strategies and consumer behavior in both markets.

• Campaign Planning & Execution: ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive affiliate sales and brand visibility.

• Analytical Skills: proficient in tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics for social commerce and affiliate activities.

• Experience managing free samples and gifting.

• Familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate platforms like AWIN or Brandbassador, and social commerce tools.

• Content Strategy: ability to work with affiliates to align content with brand voice and sales goals.

• Social Listening to identify sales trends.

• Community Building: experience nurturing affiliate relationships to foster loyalty and engagement.

You will have hands-on familiarity with TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate platforms, and social commerce tools within beauty, health, and lifestyle sectors.
