Profiles Creative Ends 2017 With A Flurry of Cheer!

It’s been a fantastic year at Profiles Creative, having a complete rebrand and redesign the company has seen exponential growth. 

So here’s to our year to remember: 

ON BRAND

 This year saw us turn a cornerstone when it comes to recruitment branding. Thanks to 4Mat who developed our sparkling, edgy and fashionable first landing point...the Profiles Creative website. 

It reflects the spirit of Profiles, as well as our extensive client and candidate base, allowing visitors to gain a real insight into everything Profiles Creative. From our team, to the divisions and industries we cover and the latest jobs, our new website has been pivotal to the growth of Profiles this year. 

With an evolved design and user experience, it was also shortlisted as Recruitment Website of the Year at the MADRA AWARDS, that’s how fancy it is!  

MULTIPLE AWARD FINALISTS

For the first time in Profiles history we entered 2 separate recruitment awards and were shortlisted for a grand total of 8 awards: 

Recruiter Investing in Talent: 

MOST INSPIRING DIRECTOR/SENIOR MANAGER - Our Freelance Director, Nicola Shepherd was shortlisted for her drive, determination and fierce brilliance leading the Profiles Creative Freelance team to reach record breaking targets. 

MOST INSPIRING TEAM LEADER/MANAGER - From his days as Senior Manager, James Spice, was also shortlisted for this award and later went on to be promoted to Associate Director at Profiles. 

Marketing & Digital Awards: 

With it being our first time entering, we were super pleased to be finalists for the following categories:

A NEW TERRITORY TAKEOVER

Covering London, Home Counties and the South West we took our expansion one step further and opened up an office up North! Led by Divisional Lead, Warren Gibson, this year we have been able to service clients around Manchester and the North West, Leeds and Yorkshire. 

Warren has helped some of the most innovative and fashionable brands with hiring top level talent, creating a Profiles North presence that is rapidly growing.

A LOOK BACK AT OUR SUMMER CONFERENCE

Summer ‘17, was a fantastic step in our new direction. With team challenges and activities in the heart of London, an inspirational conference lead by MD, Jen Kinnear, finished by a fabulous party in Chelsea. The team progressed through the year with booked out diaries; meeting new clients and growing their pool of the very best candidates. 

NEW YEAR, NEW DIRECTION

In line with our rapid growth and expanding client and candidate base, our fantastic new website, we’ve also celebrated 3 Senior Consultant, 2 Director and our new Principal Consultant promotions. 

Closing the year in true Profiles style with our Christmas Party, we’re already underway with planning 2018: new team members, new campaigns, new clients and new… well you’ll just have to wait and see, 2018 we’re ready for you!
