Marketing Manager (Education)

We’re working with a prestigious private school located in a beautiful rural area near Windsor.

The position reports to the Head of Marketing and will focus primarily on enrolment strategies. With ambitious targets set for 2025, the role requires someone who is highly driven, full of ideas, and has a background in a similar industry.

Together with the Head of Marketing, you will be involved in projects such as enhancing the family customer journey and experience, gathering content for social media channels, and managing all open events.

There will be a focus on managing internal stakeholders, including Admissions, the Head of School, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams. Therefore, evidence of your ability to build strong internal relationships is essential.

The role will also involve evaluating data, surveys, and online sources, as well as monitoring competitor activity (campaigns, social media, PR, and events). Experience with these tasks is key. You will also evaluate and analyse campaign activity, optimise strategies, and suggest improvements.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and be well-versed in all aspects of marketing, including campaign performance measurement, social media, content creation, event management, and video editing.

You’ll be a brilliant relationship builder and project manager, with experience in customer retention strategies (ideally within the family or education sector).
