Marcus

Marcus is an experienced freelance Account Director with excellent skills in design, implementation and delivery of customer loyalty programmes. He has a programme and client service background in the Travel, Airline and Mobile industries. Mark was previously a Programme Director at a leading telecommunications company where he successfully improved customer engagement and awareness. In 2019 he was the CRM and Loyalty Manager at Heathrow Airport where he created communication and data strategy developing Heathrow’s customer journey experience. In 2018 he was with Air Planet as a Managing Consultant. And his long-term London work experience was at Bread & Parsley, a customer loyalty marketing solutions agency, for 4 years as a Client Service Director. He is available from April.
