With over a decade of experience under her belt, Nicola has worked for both instantly recognisable global recruitment brands and smaller boutique businesses who offer tailored services to their clients. Nicola joined Profiles Creative at the beginning of 2013 as a Senior Consultant, becoming Freelance Director in 2016.
Nicola believes in a quality-not-quantity approach to recruitment. She goes above and beyond to understand what makes her clients tick - so she and her team are experts at matching the best people with the best brands and agencies.
When not at work, Nicola spends time travelling (personal favourites to date are the Taj Mahal, The Galapagos Islands, and Cape Town) and competing with her horse, Cupcake, in dressage and showing.
