Job description
Our client is a premier marketing agency with a drinks focus with over two decades of industry experience. They specialise in strategy, on-trade activity, and bespoke bar concepts, propelling brands from small to super icons.
🔍 The Role:
As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of exciting projects for luxury spirit brands.
This is an amazing opportunity which will literally take you around the world! Global travel and enjoying the hospitality of the best bars and restaurants in several different countries is very much part of the role!!
You’ll oversee everything from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality execution. Your leadership and communication skills will drive collaboration and successful campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 plus benefits and hybrid working
💼 Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Define project objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Identify and address project risks and issues.
- Conduct regular status meetings internally and externally
- Develop and track project budgets.
- Collaborate with finance on costs and invoicing.
Client Relationships
- Build strong client relationships by acting as the main point of contact
- Deliver projects meeting client expectations.
- Identify upselling opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Build and manage project teams.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress.
- Foster a collaborative team culture.
- Lead by example in project management best practices.
- Conduct debriefs and offer feedback.

- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in the drinks industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
