eCommerce Manager (Interiors / Furniture)

My client is an established and highly successful interiors company, dedicated to quality and passionate about sustainability.

We’re looking for a talented eCommerce Manager to help elevate our client’s online presence. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the virtual brand and creating a seamless shopping experience.

This is a hybrid role – 2 days a week in the Surrey offices.

The Role

• Strategic website development and management
• User experience and conversion rate optimisation
• Performance monitoring and optimisation
• Testing and quality assurance
• Content and marketing integration

The Person

• Solid experience in a B2C/D2C Ecommerce role
• Proven track record in scoping, planning, and managing website development projects
• Expertise in web design principles, conversion rate optimisation, and user experience
• Web analytics experience, with a strong working knowledge of GA4
• A data-driven approach with a passion for testing to identify what’s working and what needs improvement
• Confidence in turning data into actionable insights and executing decisions based on those insights
• Experience with Agile project management and managing development backlogs
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to get your hands dirty, take ownership, and make great things happen
