Job description
My client is an established and highly successful interiors company, dedicated to quality and passionate about sustainability.
We’re looking for a talented eCommerce Manager to help elevate our client’s online presence. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the virtual brand and creating a seamless shopping experience.
This is a hybrid role – 2 days a week in the Surrey offices.
The Role
- Strategic website development and management
- User experience and conversion rate optimisation
- Performance monitoring and optimisation
- Testing and quality assurance
- Content and marketing integration
The Person
- Solid experience in a B2C/D2C Ecommerce role
- Proven track record in scoping, planning, and managing website development projects
- Expertise in web design principles, conversion rate optimisation, and user experience
- Web analytics experience, with a strong working knowledge of GA4
- A data-driven approach with a passion for testing to identify what’s working and what needs improvement
- Confidence in turning data into actionable insights and executing decisions based on those insights
- Experience with Agile project management and managing development backlogs
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to get your hands dirty, take ownership, and make great things happen
