For over 10 years this innovative creative agency, has been delivering brave and strategic digital campaigns with some of the most well-known and loved brands in Beauty, Fashion & Luxury.
Based in London & New York, this B Corp, Female-founder-led, Digital, Social & Content Agency has built a reputation for innovative and culturally nuanced campaigns. Their work focuses on the strategic guidance of clients to deliver creative across campaign conception, production and delivery, whether that be in real or mixed realities.
They value collaboration, creative freedom and delivering real, impactful work for their clients.
The role
Managing a unit of two to three accounts through the agency from briefing to delivery and reporting
Lead the Account Managers and across departments to ensure delivery of commercial & marketing results for our clients within the beauty, fashion and luxury sectors
Deliver insightful, well-researched campaign & content strategies across various media channels, including social, digital and ATL
Write & present inspiring briefs with rich stimulus and thought-provoking direction
Present in person and on call to clients with proficiency, gravitas and authority on all marketing assets – from TV to social media and of course AI/Web 3 (We 2.5 and Web3 experience is not a mandatory)
Have a collaborative and inclusive leadership style to get the best from any team through trust
Write quarterly growth reports to feed into the pipeline of work and forecasts to inform P&L

Hybrid working - while they value remote flexibility, they also have invested in creative office space in East London for essential in-person collaboration, blending the best of remote and in-person work environments.
