Job description
We’re working with an exciting and well-established agency group consisting of a design agency offering and a suite of tech platforms. Clients fall into broad categories from charity to automotive, including NatWest, Legal & General and Amex.
With a new strategic vision, they’re on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on b2b marketing manager. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Marketing Lead, whilst managing a team of 2 execs and implementing some super exciting projects - some of which will include rolling out a podcast series, webinars and events, articles, awards and video content.
A key focus of the role will be driving a data-centric approach and implementing metrics to measure performance. Working with an annual budget of between £300-£350k you’ll need to be familiar with data analytics tools and marketing automation such as Hubspot, Apollo, Lead Forensic and Wordpress. You must be able to show evidence of being able to directly impact ROI.
Content creation is also a key element of the role, you’ll need to demonstrate that you can adopt different tones of voice for a multitude of b2b brands. unifying the brands under the group is an important part of your role as is brand design and identity management.
Our ideal candidate will have between 7-10 years of experience in full-funnel b2b marketing including saas/tech platforms, plus skills in content and analytics.
The company operates a hybrid work pattern of x3 days and x2 wfh. Wednesday is a mandatory day in the Soho office with the other 2 you can choose - Soho or their North London hub.
