Job description
My client is a global digital marketing agency specialising in content, digital and paid media advertising for a host of well-known B2B and B2C ecommerce companies and brands.
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Campaign Executive who lives and breathes paid media, content ideation and creation, to join our rapidly growing agency.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with client services, creative, production, performance, and social teams to create impactful paid and organic social content and strategies for a diverse portfolio of national and international brands.
You'll take full ownership of your clients, managing everything from onboarding to daily oversight and performance reporting. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and make a real impact.
The Role
- Support the full cycle of campaign execution, from activation and optimisation to reporting, ensuring creative alignment and best practices across all channels (organic, paid, influencer, OOH).
- Conduct audits, A/B testing, and budget pacing to continuously improve results, maximise effectiveness, and fine-tune strategies.
- Work closely with creative, social, and production teams to develop briefs, drive ideation, and implement new technologies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
- Foster strong client relationships through prompt communication, performance reporting, and clear insights into optimisations tied to business objectives.
- Develop media plans, allocate budgets, and conduct competitor research to ensure optimal reach and impact.
- Collaborate with account managers to meet KPIs and deliver growth opportunities.
The Person
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Paid Social. Candidates with agency experience are preferred, although those with an in-house background will also be considered.
- Experience working in ad accounts of DTC/B2B/eCommerce brands preferred but not required.
- Experience in leveraging Meta Ads Manager to optimise campaigns.
- Experience in managing multiple deadlines across multiple client accounts and projects.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to ideate, voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Able to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
