Yes, our database is one of the largest in the UK - but we also headhunt directly, advertise and are constantly scouring the grid for new talent. Most importantly, 50% of all our talent comes from direct referrals.
In a talent short market you need to know that if we are supporting you on a brief, we are representing you as well as you would represent yourselves. The best measure is in our fill rate - if we accept your brief, you can bet your bottom dollar we’ll fill it for you. Ask us for stats, we’re happy to share!
