CRM Executive

This award-winning D2C App business is going from strength to strength!  We are looking for a conscientious CRM Executive to join this fast-growth tech business based in the heart of Soho!

This role is based 4 days a week in the Soho HQ + 1 day remote.

The Role

• Assist in delivering the CRM campaign plan across our 12 languages and help drive engagement over the key trading period.
• Collaborate with CRM Managers & creative teams to analyse performance of campaigns. 
• Brainstorm new ideas for email and push campaigns and A/B tests with the Marketing & Creative Teams. 
• Ensure CRM campaigns are clearly briefed to the Creative Team. 
• End to end campaign execution; build, test & send email marketing campaigns.
• Identify and build customer segments.
• Analyse data from our CRM and analytics platforms, and reporting back on results.
• Support CRM Managers with building & optimising triggered & offline campaigns.

The Person

• Ideally at least 6-12 months in a B2C CRM or Marketing Executive role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle multiple teams. 
• Detail oriented and comfortable with analysing data and problem solving. 
• Strong team player, great at collaborating with other teams.
