Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Global e-commerce fashion brand seeks a performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention across all channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO, and display.

With one direct report and working closely with the E-commerce & Digital Director (who is fantastic!), you will manage the digital marketing budget and optimise ROAS, liaising with Brand and Creative teams to ensure channel campaigns reflect brand value and assets.

They are looking for a strong performance marketing manager with leadership abilities and a minimum of seven years experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display. You will need proficiency in GA4, experience in attribution tools, and a passion for digital marketing, data, and customer behaviour. A background in retail, fashion, or lifestyle is essential.
