Job description
We are looking for a customer journey obsessed Digital Product Manager to manage the delivery of the digital roadmap, Analytics, CRO, UX, testing & strategy for this large national retailer.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing who will be the lead driver of the strategy, this person will execute and brief the strategy internally and to external agency specialists.
This is a hybrid role - 2-3 days onsite in Essex HQ.
The Role
- Day to day management of all customer journeys on website to agreed business objectives.
- Work with their agency to develop the CRO plans and continuous improvement of the site funnels.
- Clearly brief any site development requirement to the engineering team.
- Work with Head of Marketing to manage prioritisation of the roadmap deliverables.
- Manage the UX/front end designer to deliver new templates/journeys.
- Work with SEO technical agency to ensure site is monitored and processes in place.
- Manage Digital Executive to ensure product is launched on time, content changes delivered, and searchandising/personalisation rules are in place.
- Work with agency to ensure site analytics are implemented correctly and capture actionable data.
- Set up and deliver weekly and monthly reporting.
- Build new user storeys in line with developing marketing and business strategies.
The Person
- Previous experience website management and optimisation.
- Experience with Shopify essential.
- Experience with CRO and UX including site development and ideation.
- Experience with content driven sites, not just pure purchase focused.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Ability to manage own and others workload in an agile way.
- Analytical and able to find solutions to challenges.
- Customer obsessed!
